1. Who we are; eligibility
The Site is operated by Mira Solani (“we,” “us,” “our”). You represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms where you live. The Site is intended for a general adult audience interested in trauma-informed language and nervous system awareness. If you are not of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, you may use the Site only with a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision.
2. Nature of the Site
The Site offers educational and reflective content. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or other specialized advice. Nothing on the Site establishes a therapist–client, doctor–patient, or other professional relationship. 3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or infringes others’ rights;
- Harass, threaten, or harm others, or attempt to collect personal information about other users without consent;
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or breach security or authentication measures;
- Overload or disrupt the Site (for example, through automated scraping that impairs performance) without our prior written consent;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Site to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Site or others.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, layout, and selection and arrangement) is owned by Mira Solani or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by applicable law (for example, fair use or fair dealing).

If you submit content to us (for example, via email or a form), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate the Site, respond to you, and improve our offerings, unless we agree otherwise in writing. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license and that your content does not violate these Terms or others’ rights.

The Site may link to third-party websites or social platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mira Solani and its representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us to use the Site in the twelve months before the claim (if any) or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

You agree to defend and indemnify Mira Solani and its representatives against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Mira Solani primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction (or another forum we specify in writing) have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where you have non-waivable rights to bring claims in your home courts under local consumer law.

11. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on the Site and updating the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be noted on the Site or by email where appropriate. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12. General
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
